Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Skye Beauty products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee with the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • This guarantee applies only to single product purchases. Bundles, multi-packs, and promotional items are excluded.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.

No Physical Returns Required for Opened Products:

For hygiene and environmental reasons, opened products do not need to be returned. Instead, we encourage you to share them with a friend or family member who might enjoy them.

Refunds Based on Product Condition:

  • Unopened Products (Seal Intact): Eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping costs and transaction fees. The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Opened Products: Eligible for a partial refund to the original payment method or store credit for another product from our store. Feedback (photos or videos, if possible) is required to help us improve.

First-Time Buyers Only:

This offer is available only for first-time purchases of a specific product. Subsequent orders of the same product do not qualify.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to process once approved.

Terms and Conditions

Exclusions:

  • Bundles, multi-packs, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for refunds under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Accessories and tools sold through Skye Beauty are excluded from this policy.

Discounted Purchases:

  • Refunds for discounted items will be calculated based on the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.

Shipping Charges:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your refund reduces the total order value below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Policy Misuse:

  • A 5% administration fee will be deducted from refunds to cover processing costs.
  • Abuse of this policy (e.g., fraudulent claims or excessive refund requests) will result in disqualification from future refunds or account suspension.

For Returning Customers

If you’re a repeat customer and encounter an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Refunds or replacements may be offered under the following circumstances:

  • The issue is reported within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product was damaged upon arrival (evidence, such as photos, is required).
  • The product is faulty or does not perform as expected (photos or videos are required for evaluation).

Additional Conditions:

  • We may request the LOT number of damaged or faulty products to investigate the issue further.
  • Refunds or replacements for bundles or multi-packs will only apply to the specific affected item(s).
  • Products purchased more than 30 days before the request are ineligible.

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we do not accept physical returns of cosmetic products. We encourage you to share unwanted items with friends or family who might have a better experience.


Regular Return Policy

For non-cosmetic items or situations where the Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply, our regular return policy is as follows:

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with the original sealing intact, to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Refund or replacement requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
